The Baitfish Clip Hair Rig optimizes bait presentation on a hair rig. It can be used with both braided and monofilament leaders. For braided leaders, tie a knot at the end of the hair; for monofilament leaders, simply burn the end slightly. Guide the resulting thickened section toward the opening of the Baitfish Clip. This allows the clip to rotate freely on the hair, which has an optimal effect on your baitfish presentation. It is best to pre-poke the guide channel (in most baitfish = the connection between the nostrils) with a hook.
